Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mark Funk is the Chief Financial Officer for L&R. He is responsible for all financial operations including financing, reporting and accounting. Mr. Funk works to ensure the company is in optimum financial health so we have the resources to best serve our clients. In doing so, he directs the company’s financial strategy, planning and forecasting and also monitors trends and opportunities for company growth.
Professional Experience
Mr. Funk is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of financial and operational management experience in both public and private companies ranging from start-ups to billion dollar companies including rapidly growing global enterprises. Transaction experience includes acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs, and debt financing. Industry experience includes branded consumer products, retail, technology, e-commerce, distribution, call centers, real estate, and banking.
Prior to joining L&R, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Ideal Living Group (formerly Sylmark Group). Previous positions held also include Vice President, Finance & Planning at PCM, Inc. (formerly PC Mall, Inc.).
Education/Accreditations/Professional Affiliations
Mr. Funk holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
