Executive Vice President – Airport Operations

Previously serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence, Mr. Calhoun is responsible for driving operational efficiency, consistency, and performance across WallyPark’s airport parking portfolio while ensuring that operational execution consistently delivers a superior guest experience. His role centers on aligning strategy, process, people, and technology to achieve operational excellence at scale in a highly competitive, service-driven environment.

Leveraging nearly three decades of hands-on experience in off-airport parking and hospitality, Mr. Calhoun brings a unique, customer-informed perspective to operations leadership. Having previously served as the organization’s voice of the customer, he applies deep insight into guest expectations to the design and optimization of operational processes. This approach ensures that efficiency gains, cost controls, and performance improvements never come at the expense of service quality—but instead enhance the overall parking experience.

In his current role, Mr. Calhoun leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, performance management, cost control, quality assurance, and risk mitigation. He partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to establish and monitor key performance indicators, integrate enabling technologies, and translate data into actionable operational strategies. His responsibilities also include leading operational teams, overseeing complex projects, strengthening vendor relationships, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Professional Experience

Mr. Calhoun began his career with WallyPark while in high school and college, starting as a valet attendant and working across multiple frontline and operational roles. This progression provided him with a deep, practical understanding of airport parking operations and hospitality service delivery from the ground up.

He later served in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant, where he developed disciplined leadership skills, a strong commitment to accountability, and a results-oriented mindset rooted in mission accomplishment. Following his honorable discharge, he returned to WallyPark in a management capacity, advancing from Shift Manager to Director of Customer Service and ultimately to executive leadership.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the off-airport parking industry, Mr. Calhoun has played a key role in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and operational frameworks that drive efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across diverse airport environments.

Real Estate & Development Credentials

In addition to his operational leadership background, Mr. Calhoun holds professional licenses that support broader real estate and development initiatives tied to long-term asset strategy and organizational growth. He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson (License No. 01939104) and a licensed California General Building Contractor (Class B) (License No. 1063485). These credentials complement his operational expertise by strengthening his understanding of real estate development, construction management, asset improvement, and long-term infrastructure planning.

Education

Mr. Calhoun holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, from California State University, Los Angeles.
