As a member of the executive management team, Cynthia is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources for the organization, as well as the establishment and execution of HR strategies that contribute to the achievement of company goals. Areas of responsibility include culture management, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, employee & organizational development, benefits, payroll, compensation, employee communications, compliance and safety.
Cynthia came to L&R with over 20 years experience working with leadership teams of both venture-backed start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. She has spent the last eleven years as a Senior HR Executive, working within a variety of business structures and situations such as joint ventures, acquisitions and mergers. Cynthia has experience working with global, multi-site organizations with employee populations in the US, UK, France, Canada, Argentina, Columbia, Singapore and Puerto Rico. Her industry experience includes travel and leisure, new media, healthcare, biotech/specialty pharmacy, distribution and manufacturing.
Cynthia holds a BSBA from Bryant University and is certified as a DDI Facilitator and Predictive Index Analyst
