Mr. Gary Gower is the Chief Financial Officer for L&R. He is responsible for all financial operations including financing, reporting and accounting. Mr. Gower works to ensure the company is in optimum financial health so we have the resources to best serve our clients. In doing so, he directs the company’s financial strategy, planning and forecasting and also monitors trends and opportunities for company growth.

Professional Experience

Mr. Gower has 22 years of executive leadership experience within the parking industry. His expertise includes public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance matters.

Prior to joining L&R, he served as the Director of Fleet Services (Treasury) for ABM Industries. Additional professional experience includes working as Vice President and Controller/ Assistant Secretary as well as CFO at Ampco System Parking, serving as a Property Manager for Cushman and Wakefield and multiple roles at the Atlantic Richfield Company.
